Previously Attended Massasoit? Please DO NOT fill out this form if you were previously a Massasoit student in a degree program or seeking enrollment to Selective Admission (Health Career) Program.

Returning students seeking to readmit to the college do not need to reapply. Please contact Advising and request to be readmitted to Massasoit. If you have attended in the last 3 semesters, readmission is not required, your portal remains active and you may meet with an advisor to pick out classes when registration is open.

If you applied for the current semester and did not attend or meant to apply for the next semester, please submit a Admission Application Semester/Program Change Form and and securely upload that form here.
